When will my institution receive the renewal invoice for the Annual Access Fee(s)?

In mid-January of each year, a renewal invoice for the Annual Access Fee(s) along with payment information will be sent to the primary contact specified on the License Agreement.

Please email participation@jstor.org if your primary contact has changed; you have any special invoicing requests; or you wish to receive your invoice early.

Will the Annual Access Fee(s) increase?

The Annual Access Fee for most JSTOR collections will not increase in 2007. The one exception is the Annual Access Fee for the Mathematics & Statistics Collection, which will increase by 7.5% to account for the thirteen titles that were added to that collection in 2006 at the request of JSTOR participants.

Will my institution need to pay the Archive Capital Fee(s) again for the collections in which it now participates?

No. The Archive Capital Fee is a one-time fee for each collection. To continue participation in already licensed collections, you need only continue to pay the Annual Access Fee for each collection.

Does my institution need to sign a renewal license or other documentation in order to continue participation into the next year?

No. The JSTOR License Agreement for your institution is for an initial three-year term, with subsequent automatic one-year renewals. Therefore, your institution's users will continue to have uninterrupted access to the JSTOR archive during the renewal period.
