Participation Fees for United Kingdom HE and FE Institutions

This information pertains to JISC-sponsored participants in the UK. All non-JISC sponsored institutions in the UK should see the pages pertaining to International Participation.

The annual fees for each of the JSTOR collections vary in cost based on the size, nature, and scale of the participating institution. The pricing for Higher Education (HE) Institutions is banded. The banding arrangement is similar to that used by JSTOR, adapted by JISC for use in the UK. The bands in which Higher Education Institutions have been placed are shown on the JISC website. All Further Education (FE) institutions will pay the "FE College" participation fee as provided below and on the JISC's website. Eligible Further Education Institutions are listed on the JISC website.

NOTE: Please note that in order to have access to all content currently available in the JSTOR Archive, an institution must participate in the following collections: Arts & Sciences I, II, III, IV, V, Arts & Sciences Complement, Biological Sciences, General Science and the Business II collections.
